The church of Sant’Evasio (Saint Evasius) is at the crossroads of Via Vigliotti street and Via Cottolengo street. This Romanesque church dates back to the end of the 14^th century when the village was born following its displacement from the locality of Villero, near Bastia. Currently, the front is covered with scaffolding and the interior is inaccessible. The height of the church’s beauty was in the 17^th century when it had 17 altars. On the inside you can see 16^th century paintings, tomb slabs and a crypt system under the chancel.
